Feature Test Library and Interview Templates
Technical, behavioral, language and personality assessments ready to use — or combined into a single step of your process.

Our ecosystem of deep integrations makes it easy to streamline your hiring processes.

The Coodesh library brings together more than 8,000 questions and more than 600 ready-made assessments, covering programming skills, databases and SQL, system design, software tools, cognitive ability, situational judgment, personality and culture (DISC and Big Five), languages and role-specific knowledge such as sales, HR, marketing and customer success. Everything is organized by competency type, question format, level, career, skill and language, and each item can be used as is or combined with others in your own assessment.
Ten formats, and the choice depends on what you want to observe. Multiple choice and quizzes measure theoretical knowledge with instant grading and work well for high-volume screening. Coding with unit tests measures whether the code works; free-form coding measures how the person writes and organizes code. Project simulates a real delivery in a repository. Whiteboard assesses architecture and visual reasoning. Video and audio assess communication and language. Free text assesses writing and argumentation. File upload receives a finished deliverable, such as a spreadsheet or a presentation. And the conversational AI interview conducts a structured conversation on any topic. The rule of thumb: start objective to filter, finish open-ended to go deeper.
Both, and most companies do a bit of each. The 600+ ready-made assessments are templates by role and level, such as mid-level backend developer, data analyst or SDR, which you can send in minutes. If you want to adjust one, clone the assessment and swap, remove or add questions. If you want to start from scratch, pick individual questions from the library and build the sequence that makes sense, setting the weight of each test in the final score. A template is a starting point, not a straitjacket.
Every question in the library has a defined level, sources, a mapped skill, grading criteria and, in objective formats, automatic grading by answer key or unit tests. Before sending any assessment, you can use the Try it yourself feature, which opens the test exactly as the candidate will see it and lets you judge difficulty, clarity and timing. If a question does not fit your context, you clone it and edit it in your library. And if a topic or technology is missing, you can request new questions from the Coodesh team, which reviews the request and creates the content.
The risk exists in any question bank, and Coodesh reduces it in three ways. First, size: with thousands of questions per topic, the quiz can draw a different subset for each candidate, and in adaptive mode the difficulty changes based on the answers. Second, open-ended formats: free-form coding, projects, video and AI interviews have no answer to memorize. Third, your own library: the questions you create in My Library are exclusive to your company and never enter the public catalog. Combine all three and any advantage from memorizing an answer key disappears.
In the My Library tab you create questions in any of the formats, set level, skill, time and review criteria, and build assessments with them or mix them with catalog items. For multiple-choice questions, a bulk import wizard uploads dozens of items at once from a spreadsheet. Questions you create can be edited, cloned, archived or removed, and each one can have an associated action plan, which is the study material suggested to the candidate when they get it wrong or fall below the expected level.
It depends on the format, and Coodesh covers both cases. Multiple choice, quizzes and coding with unit tests are graded instantly, with no intervention. Open-ended formats such as free-form coding, text, video, audio and AI interviews use criteria-based automatic review: you define what matters and the weight of each item, the platform scores each criterion and generates a summary, and the human reviewer validates or adjusts. That is why defining review criteria is mandatory when creating an open-ended question. The final decision is always made by a person, but reading time drops dramatically.
Questions are available in Portuguese, English and Spanish, with a language filter in the library, which lets you run the same hiring process in Brazil and in other Latin American countries. Every question and assessment has a Beginner, Practitioner or Advanced level, and more than 30 careers are mapped, from frontend and data to sales and customer service, so the filter quickly finds what fits the role.
Yes. Companies with an active plan can request new questions through a simple form: category, level, format, technologies or skills to assess, and notes. A Coodesh specialist reviews the request and creates the content for your company. In the meantime, you can create your own questions in My Library or adapt existing items by cloning them.
The main library, with all the questions and ready-made assessments, is included in Coodesh plans, as is creating your own questions. What consumes separate credits are specific features such as Profiler by Sólides and Background Check (CPF), always shown before you run them.
