Feature LMS / corporate learning integration
Find the real gap before buying content, point each person to what they need and prove what changed afterward — with the same yardstick at both ends.

Our ecosystem of deep integrations makes it easy to streamline your hiring processes.

It closes the loop between assessment and development. Coodesh measures what each person knows, by skill and level; the learning platform teaches what's missing. With the integration, when the assessment points to a gap, the person's action plan recommends real courses from the catalog the company already subscribes to, and progress in those courses flows back to Coodesh, so the manager can see in one place where the person started, what they studied and what changed in the reassessment. Without the integration, this tracking depends on spreadsheets and someone remembering to follow up.
The native integration documented today is with Alura for Business, Brazil's largest tech learning platform, and it's part of the Coodesh Skills module. It connects the course catalog, course details, progress, completion, engagement and license allocation. For other platforms, the path is the Coodesh API, which lets your LMS or your data team cross-reference assessment results with learning paths. If your company uses another platform at significant volume, talk to the Coodesh team: the architecture of the Alura integration is the foundation for new connections.
Coodesh reads the Alura catalog to recommend specific courses in the action plans of assessments and Skills career paths, instead of generic suggestions. When someone is assigned a course, the integration can add them to Alura and allocate the license automatically, without the manager having to work in two platforms. From there, Coodesh tracks progress, completion and engagement and shows them alongside the assessment result. The practical effect is that a reassessment months later can be read in context: the person improved because they studied, or they studied and didn't improve, which is also useful information.
Three things. The Coodesh Skills module active on your account, which is the product for mapping and developing employee skills. An Alura for Business Corp Plus plan, which is the one that includes the reporting data APIs; the regular Corp plan doesn't expose these APIs. And a user with a manager profile on Alura to generate the integration's dedicated access tokens. If your company isn't an Alura customer yet, Coodesh has a partnership with special onboarding terms; and if it already is but you don't see the API option in the dashboard, Alura's sales team enables it on request.
For employees. The Skills module and the learning platform integration were designed for people already at the company: mapping the team's skills, identifying gaps, recommending courses, tracking progress and informing career and workforce planning decisions. For candidates in a hiring process, what's available is the action plan in the assessment report, which recommends study content for those who scored below the expected level, without course license integration, because the company has no employment relationship with the person.
A few days, and almost all the work is on the Alura side. The Alura manager generates the integration's access tokens; the Coodesh team sets up the connection in the company's workspace and validates the catalog and the member list. No development is needed on the customer side. Once active, the integration runs on its own: recommended courses in action plans, member enrollment and progress tracking with no manual intervention. We recommend involving HR or L&D to define which paths and courses should appear in the recommendations, and information security to approve generating the tokens.
