As a System Configuration Analist, you will provide the overall Configuration Management (CM) infrastructure and environment to the product development teams, based on different system environments used for advanced Power Systems software applications.

The position requires effective use and administration of configuration management tools, support the product development activity (Design, Development, Test, Deployment, and Maintenance) so that developers and integrators have appropriate workspaces to build and test their work, and so that all artifacts are available for inclusion in the deployment unit as required. In addition, this position will support development teams with builds, server deployments, continuous integration, system administration, virtualization and heterogeneous network integration, in order to release high quality customer commercial software projects delivered on schedule, within budget and meets or exceeds customer satisfaction expectations.

Your Challenges:

• Build and release engineering systems standards and best practices for software deployment in a controlled environment with an understanding of full life-cycle configuration management activities, while performing related system administration activities.
• Administer various tools supporting Release Management including Source Control, and Continuous integration.
• Troubleshoots build, packaging, and component management issues, working with the Development and Infrastructure teams to resolve them.
